where we play
Different levels of play for different people
Pick Up Ultimate
During the late-Spring, Summer, and Fall there is weekly ultimate frisbee, typically located at Bangor’s Cameron Stadium near Northern Light Medical Center
Summer League
During the summer we organize a 10-week, coed, Adult (14+) summer league. League is open to all levels of play, it is very beginner friendly.
Youth Ultimate
An after-school ultimate program is being developed by teachers and parents at the Orono High School – it runs on Tuesdays and Thursday from 5-6:30 in the end of April and thru out May.
College Ultimate
The University of Maine has ultimate team’s for male-matching and female-matching individuals. Information about those team’s can be found on the University of Maine’s club sports webpage.
FAQs
What should I bring to pick-up?
Bring a white shirt, a dark shirt (not grey), cleats, and a water bottle.
Where and when do you play?
Pick ups are on Sundays at Cohen School in Bangor, ME. Learn more on our pickup page.
I’ve never played ultimate, can I join?
Yes, of course! we are beginner friendly and would love to have you.
Can my kid play pick-up?
We love to grow the sport! Please be mindful that they will be playing with adults and be realistic about the maturity and size of the kid when bringing them. If the kid is less than 16 years old, we ask that a parent or person responsible for them stays with them for the duration of pick up.
